At OLIVIA'S, we want you to love your home; if a piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and unassembled to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Secure the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
